2. Type "web.whatsapp.com" without quotes.
3. Now open WhatsApp in your smartphone.
4. At upper right, you would see an option like this:

6. Click on "WhatsApp Web".
7. Now scan the QR code shown on your PC's browser.
8. It will open the WhatsApp on your PC which will be linked to your smartphone's mobile number from which smartphone you have scanned.
