We are using 4G data since 2016 which was first released by Jio named as Jio 4G. And then, Jio released its 4G mobiles, after then, all other companies such as Airtel, Idea, Vodafone released their 4G data networks. And now it has been 3 years of 4G in India. Most probably, 5G can be released by Jio.
As technology is evolving and the world is changing a lot. So we need a great speed in our networks, because most of the people are doing a lot of work using data by the way of computers, laptops, mobile phones, etc. That's why we need 5G networks.

Now, 5G is coming
A very good news for our 135 crore Indians, that 5G is going to be released in Indian in about 3 - 4 years. We all know that India is a developing country, and now, technology is coming in India very fastly as other countries. As I have told you above that almost everyone is using data, also in India approximately 90% people use 4G data. But now, everyone need a great development in data networks. According to GSMA India may deploy 88 million 5G connections till 2025 having 920 million subscribers. Do you know that China will have almost about 30% subscribers of 5G till 2025, and it is a very good news for China. It can be a great experience for our country and our world to use 5G. When 4G came, India did a great job in technology and if 5G comes then you can think that what India can do. When 4G came in India, after sometime almost 60% of the people became subscribers of 4G, and we can now evaluate that if 5G comes, almost 50% of Indian people will become subscribers after sometime of 5G. Other countries are doing work on 5G together but India is alone and is still doing a lot of hard work, this was reported by GSMA. And that's why other countries are releasing 5G in 2020 but India is releasing 5G in 2025.
A good news is that 5G prices in India would be too much lower than other countries such as USA, China, and all other countries.
According to GSMA, India would be the second biggest mobilephone market in the world by 2025.
